Summary: This is a top notch hotel in Dubai, not of the new but it is of the best. Great staff! I think the amenities like the pool might be much more useful if they extend the hours of use, now it closes at 6pm it should be at least until 8pm that is when the weather is better for that. The breakfast and all the food in the restaurant is of the best quality

Summary: Excellent hotel, excellent staff and all were very helpful. Large and comfortable rooms. Gym and lobby also first class. Food was better that we expected and the pizza from the all day dining was some of the best we have had. Only very slight negative was the pool area, maybe slight dated in 2026, but functional all the same. 5* Raffles...

Summary: Superb property. Big rooms. Staff of kitchen and solo restaurant chef Krishna very good. Reception is too rigid. Scrap. Amazing property need better guest friendly. management. Reception need to be trained to be more cooperative.
